Installation commences at 8 Bishopsgate

The latest photos from the 8 Bishopsgate project taken by developer Stanhope really show this iconic building taking shape.

This 50-storey tower will be a new development in the heart of the City that will create 913,000 sq ft gross area including workspace, street-level retail, and a public viewing gallery on the 50th floor.

This month Gardner & Co are delighted to commence the installation of the Airside Shell & Core works within the basement on 8 Bishopsgate. The fit out works are due to commence Q1 of next year. Gardner & Co are proud to be working with Developers Stanhope PLC, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. as Partner and building owner and construction managers Lendlease.
