8 Bishopsgate achieves Practical Completion
Congratulations to everyone involved in 8 Bishopsgate which achieved Practical Completion this month.
Gardner & Co were initially onboarded for the PCSA phase of the project during September 2019 with the initial Basements MEP commencing November 2020. We undertook a full Airside delivery package covering the Shell & Core and Fit-Out areas covering five floors of Basements, Ground Floor, 50 floors and Roof Levels.
Gardner supplied over 115 Air Handling Units with integral controls, over 1500 Fan Coil Units and over 650 MSFD’s.
